I have a lot of experience with equipment and am here to not only give recommendations, but also to help you get everything out of the equipment you have.
I currently swim with goggles that have a display that tells me how fast I'm going and other info; I bike with a crank based power meter and computer that tells me my speed, cadence, and power at all times; and I run with a foot pod that communicates my pace and run power to my watch. Although power is my preferred way to base training, I've also trained by heart rate and RPE. I'll be able to help you with whatever equipment you want to use, or even if you don't want to use any at all.
